labhopper is about making things, looking closely and asking why. This contact demo shows how we plan to help with choosing a model, understanding a kit and sorting out an order.

Choosing a model
Tell us which model caught your eye and what you would like to explore together. For example: “We enjoy building structures. How does the bridge model differ from the seesaw?” The model pages introduce each science theme and record the available product information.
Understanding what is included
A useful question names the kit and the part or material you are checking: “Does the periscope include the pieces shown in the picture?” or “Will we need our own paint and brushes?” The reference catalogue notes paint and brushes are excluded; final pack contents will be listed for each order-ready kit.
Help with instructions or a part
Keep the model name and the relevant instruction step together. A clear photo of the part and the page you are following can make a question easier to understand. Avoid forcing a part or improvising around a safety warning while seeking guidance.
Questions about an order
Once sales and support are open, an order number and a short description of the issue will help identify the right purchase. For a delivery question, include the tracking reference if one has been issued. Never send a full card number, password or verification code.
A missing, damaged or incorrect item
Keep the packaging and take clear photos of the items received. Note which piece is missing or what differs from the order. Our returns demo explains the planned steps for checking the details and discussing an appropriate next step.
